separate disconncted parts and contraverse operation

Hi

I know that 3d-coat has such tool like "separate disconncted parts"

Can i make contraverse operation to assemble all part into one?

I tried "merge visible" and "merge sub-tree" but all this tools freezed up 3d-coat

hold shift+lmb and drag it to the above that will connect the mesh

hold crtl+lmb and drag to the other and it will do a subtract boolean
