New Member Memento Posted April 25, 2023 New Member Report Share Posted April 25, 2023 I also sent this to support@3dcoat.com last week but have received no response yet. We are effectively not able to launch 3D Coat right now. We recently updated our license and when we launch 3D Coat we’re getting a popup asking to login for the license info even though we have the COAT_LICENSE environment variable set to the contents of the license file. More curiously, our previous license seemed to stop working using this method even when using one of the 2021 versions of 3D Coat that worked just a few days ago. Any help is appreciated! Thanks! Carlosan
Hi Please tell me if this solution is working for you, thanks
New Member Memento Posted April 25, 2023 Author New Member Report Share Posted April 25, 2023 Unfortunately not. Our clients have access to the internet but we do not share the login information to all our end-users, that is why we populate the license env with the license file data. This way of licensing has worked great since it was introduced last year sometime. However, that seemed to have recently broke.
