New Member Cyrus Posted June 9, 2023 New Member Share Posted June 9, 2023 Hello. I really like 3Dcoats UV system and id like to use it. Currently I am using RizomUV and UvBridge for blender. It allows me to take an already Armatured / Skinned mesh and make UV adjustments without it affecting anything but JUST the UVs. Can 3Dcoat not do this? I would love to do UVs and texture work in 3Dcoat but sometimes I just want to do UVs. If I send a model to the UV room with applink, and then get it back, it comes back as a duplicated mesh. So my workflow is: Blender > Send to UV room with Applink > Fix Uvs > Open in Original App > Either Crash if theres multiple UVsets, or I get a duplicated mesh in Blender. Any help please? New Member Cyrus Posted June 9, 2023 Author New Member Share Posted June 9, 2023 Export UV option is grayed out. It also says its been truncated due to learning version. So am I not able to just send and getback UVs in the UV room? I thought selecting UV-mapping in the applink just meant it will interact with UVs and thats it?
