Rendering problem

If I want render turntable or moving around shortcuts in losseless quality, 3D coat create folder and starts rendering but after rendering nothing shows up in that folder, it is empty. What is the problem please?

Try saving your file using the default path in the Documents folder

I can't repeat it. If I specify the default path, the folder opens with the render result. Do you use OneDrive?

If I start rendering 3D coat generate folder with render name, starts rendering but nothing generates in that folder after render. I dont use one drive.

I just tried to render the regular shortcuts animation without lossless quality - Rays per frame 1111 and 350 frames. Rendering was in progress but after render that problem happen again. Folder was empty, and export does not exist

This settings works, it generated mp4 video.

But I need high quality, shortcuts animation and longer than 4 frames

3DC Windows version 2024_01 
I ran a test and, on my end, had no issues.  My settings below. I created my own folder to put the mp4 into. 

My steps.

Selected my settings in the panel. 

Pressed ok. Panel closes.

Pressed the Render button. top right of the 3DC interface.

Chose my folder I created and named the mp4 file then pressed save.

300 frames rendered with 1000  rays per frame.  

Next to the render button, pressed Show folder. The mp4 was there.

Only giving you my steps to be clear, not saying you did something different.
