Member UnCommonGrafx Posted December 23, 2007 Member Report Share Posted December 23, 2007 Please try this object. I thought it was because it was open, at first. Then I closed it. And it has not improved at all. Screen grab can be gathered if needed. AAAMask_BadLoad.zip
Member UnCommonGrafx Posted December 23, 2007 Author Member Report Share Posted December 23, 2007 Clarification: IF I Keep UVs then it goes ugly; if I use Auto Mapping, it imports without a hitch. And there's a misspelling on the fill panel at the bottom; should be "Restore" not "Resore". Please try this object. I thought it was because it was open, at first. Then I closed it. Have you tried using UV Clusters when importing?
Member UnCommonGrafx Posted December 23, 2007 Author Member Report Share Posted December 23, 2007 Thanks. Yes, I've tried a few things I could think of. Ended up giving it more polys and some other modeler work and it ended up letting me load the lwo with uvs intact. These objects, though, continue to do some weirdness when loaded. Object Reloaded. I've reduced all of those things to one: one layer, one uv map. These objects might have multiple uvs, though. Andrew Shpagin
The problem is that clusters of uv-mapping are self-overlapped.
