In Ukraine site and downloads works very quickly, but I don't know how is it in other regions. We pay for the site not much, so I need to know if all works well. I China: www.3d-brush.com works fast,the forum works fast too. When I download the software from your site,the speed usually 90-105 kb/s. (no other downloading was occuring, and I generally max out at 100k faster with my DSL here in Northern California) I get lag with page-loading to a minor degree, but sometimes quite a bit of lag when I choose to post a new topic (I just figured it was to load the editor). My max speed would be around 400KB/s. Not bad at all, but this is saturday morning so I guess there is not much traffic.
