Is there actually a way to save your UV's to a texturemap?

Something like Maya's UV Snapshot function..?

Sometimes I would like to do some old-school photoshop texturing.

Have not been able to find this so far.

Thanks for your reponse,

Im aware of directly painting into the UV-Editor, but I would like to export my UV's with wireframe to a texture file.

When selling models on Turbosquid you need to submit a UV-Snap shot for checkmate pro for example.

Well it is always possible to do this inside Maya, but I wondered if there was something like this in 3DCoat.. :)
