  1. it's pleasant to see all your works. On the last one , you should take care to the ears , the junction is a little like an extrude. It wold be probably good to smooth it. Kind
  2. I'm totally agree , this is the actuall weak point of 3D Coat , this is why it doesn't look like as professionnal as it deserves. I would add , the support to a true multi UV like Mari does, not only the support of UV sets. Where i'm disagree is about the support of Hair i would prefere to have it in 3D Coat, here at our studio we can use ZBrush to make some grooming, then proceduraly scatter it on a surface and it works. I'm allready fine with the modeling tools in 3D Coat,i don't need more. I worked with zbrush so many times in production (i own a license as well) and personnaly i find 3D Coat more logical.
  3. I was trying to find the 2 sided option ,i need this option to be more accurate on the modeling of 2 objects that intersecting. Thank you.
  4. Thank you guys for your warm comments !! Andrew told me the way to create multi UVs (even if i don't find it really smooth),so i 'll do the texturing in 3D Coat at the end. The option for the multi UV is "import tiles as uv set" , so it mean if i'm not wrong that we need to do the multi UV-ing in another package. I 'm probably wrong,i'll have a closer look to the documentation but at first look it don't look as smooth as other softs. Anyway i'm allready more than happy with 3D Coat, Andrew did an amazing work. Don't hesitate if you can help me on this particular problems, i'm a complete newbie and i don't have so many time to explore 3D Coat like i want. Cheers, Rachid
  5. Of course it was 3 millions Thank you Garagarape i'll try to finish it.
  6. Thank you guys ! @chingchong,the anus is an incredibly important part of this creature.I'll show you a close-up @Chris,Yes i would definitively texture it, and render it, but i still need to finish it (this is still the low version 3 billions of polys). Cheers, Pixo
  7. Hello guys, Here a wip of my first 3D-Coat modeling. I hope to have time to finish properly, since i'm doing it after work. I'm already testing 3D-Coat's texturing ,i'm a little bit disappointed because i wasn't able to find how to deal with multi Udim . Which mean that i will probably do the UVs ,paint it and extract the displacement in another package erf. I hope you'll like it. Thank you, Pixo
  8. Hello guys, Does somebody manage to work on a multi Udim object(s)? By the way, how do you guys manage to use the 3DCoat UV tools to create multi Udim? Thank you, Pixo
  9. Hello Digman, So you mean there is no way to make the volume look transparent as well ? Thank you in advance, Pixo
  10. Hello guys, I don't find anyway to retopo on a kind of ghosted volume. Does somebody manage to retopo on a ghosted volume? If it is not the right way, how do you manage to do it? Sorry for my newbie question. Cheers, Pixo
  11. Hello Andrew, Do you think possible to have a shorcut that would allow us to ghost an object under the mouse's pointer. It should be a little bit like the "H" key with the vox layer. Thank you very much, Pixo
