  1. Its a real time render in UDK. I added a fresnel but as you can see its not really good for the base, cause of the rough angles I get in this point of view.
  2. here is my last work on 3dc. I did it in about 10 hours. I think that the displacement map is not very usefull but its free :p. I have some screenshot while I was working on if someone want
  3. Second one is the coolest; interesting and funny. About the first, maybe you should make teeth on a separate layer. Are you doing these models for something special or just for fun ?
  4. Great sculpt and very good render. I would like to see more of anatomic work, something more complete maybe ? About your low poly, I think some of your quads and strengh line are useless, not uniform as well, but its a detail.
  5. Hi everyone and thanks for your comments. 3DArtist; I used "merge for per pixel painting", with normal map of course . With a 5 raycasting lenght to catch smaller details. michalis; I really enjoy your work and I would like to know if you are able to teach me how you do your render so great :p. I didn't take time to try rendering on 3DC, cause I prefer real time. digman; Thx a lot. I like to show how I worked. Maybe cause I dont like to answer questions :p I am working on a new one so I will show you the result soon. If you want to know, michalis, that will be a Grece sphinx naxien statue

  7. Hi everyone , Here is an old asset that I finally decided to finish. I modeled it on 3D's max. I made the low poly on 3dc and I am working on the texture in it too. I will show screen-shot of my work flow later and of course some advancement of texturing . So just a quick render of it; Yeah I know, guns are really common but I really want to finish it x) I get some difficulties to work on the texturing cause of I cant have more of 7 layers. Thats really short :p. excuse my poor english! dimsane

  10. just some little change for today; - helmet is a separate piece - changing paws - adding arms Thx for the com artman, a spear or something like that could be cool x). And about a buckler in the other hand ? :p Is there a way to create a new layer who interact with an other. I mean; can I work on the armor using a kind of overlay on the body? And so, keep armor separate from the body..
  11. Hi everyone, here my new sculpting that I'd like to finished.. =D My first idea was a stylized centaur-like statue without arm and average angle. But as you can see that take an other way... I don't know if I will work on a complete armor or just let a little "lion head" mask (coppery) with a nude body. I don't think that a armored statue will look good. (sry about my poor English, again)

  16. Hey guys, long time without posting :p; was so busy x). I just buy the upgrade to version 3.0, so I dicided to make a little new head in voxel. It's just a beginning. I have to finish some others work too :p . See you in a few hours!
  17. Thanks Tony. here a mask test for scales. Its not perfect but I think that i will use this way later, when the head will be more advanced.
  18. Hey all ! I am actually trying to do some scuplt with the voxel tool. So, here you can seen result of these experiments. First of all, a fat guy head, do as quick as I can; And the second, a dragon head created from sphere. This one is not finished yet. Thats not a speed scuplting like the first one, I want to do something cool. Probably a complete work with diffuse/normal/spec map. I will post later to show evolution of it, and other voxel works one more time, excuse my poor english :P
  19. Hi everyone, and thanks for your coments. I am actually working on custom cgfx for school, with diffuse/spec/normal maps and other things like backlight, spec power, color ramp etc. here you can see the actual result on Maya. Textures just change a little since yesterday but it is not obvious. Next step is to finish 3d paint of all maps, of course. When it is done I will make a final render with some close up to show details.
  20. Hi everyone, I just begin to paint a little model i made with voxel tool few weeks ago. It's not finish yet but it's on the way :P. Mmm I hope that I will close this work before the end of the trial I am using 3DCoat everytime I have to texture something for school (currently working on a low poly project) and its for me the best 3d painter I have tried. Its a real pleasure to work on. I think the next step is... Mmm buying this awesome 3d program. PS: Excuse my poor english.
