Advanced Member vivi Posted October 29, 2012 Advanced Member Report Share Posted October 29, 2012 basically I wanna select my UV island in the viewport. Because selecting in the UV window is very tiresome since its hard to locate my islands. Is there a way to select them? vito

Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted October 29, 2012 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted October 29, 2012 You can't select them but when you hover your cursor over the area, the preview window shows the island/cluster. Plus, when you select an island in the preview window, that part is highlighted in the 3D Viewport.

The point is I have MANY islands...small parts..now I have to tweak some...so guessing where my related island are..is too time consuming. I would give this feature request a +

I would give this feature request a +1 Add this to Mantis and then provide the link here, so others can add their +1 to it. That helps Andrew set priority on feature requests. Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted October 30, 2012 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted October 30, 2012 How to use that Mantis? where do I post something? Once you sign in, one of the options at the top of the page, is "Report Issue." It's fairly intuitive from there.
