Hello

I have a Mesh with uvMap and a Texture applied.

I begin a new mash with the retopology tools.

What I'd want :

Is there a way to get the texture onto the new Mesh during the retopology time (or at the end) ?

The goal in mind is to avoid unwrapping and uv tweeking for this new mesh !

(features available in ZBrush)

Thanks a lot for the replies

Best regards,

Alain

Do you mean - you have reference mesh with texture and you have started to retopo this mesh? 3DC is able to import reference meshes with texture.

The texture from old reference mesh can be projected onto new retopo mesh, use Retopo menu->Merge into scene.

That could be very useful if using programs like Archipelis Designer.
