New Member Elias L Posted August 7, 2016 New Member Report Share Posted August 7, 2016 Hi, So the texture in the viewport is looking normal, but the texture looks very dark and saturated in the texture editor. Any idea how I can change it so it looks normal? thanks!
Carlosan
Hi ! Are you using the last stable version. Is your graphic card driver up to date ?

Carlosan
Are you using DX or GL version ? Can you switch and try please ? Do you see the same issue working with any default model ?
New Member Elias L Posted August 9, 2016 Author New Member Report Share Posted August 9, 2016 I tested out the different options and I have the same problem with every one of them. I'll try reïnstalling and trying updating everything in the weekend
Javis
Could you please specify which build you're using exactly? The Steam build may be out of sync with the latest builds. I'm using 4.7.05 DX, and am not able to reproduce it. But that said, more steps on what you're taking would be helpful to reproduce it. How you're importing, what is the shading method your using (UE4, Marmoset or Handpaint) and what shading you have visible in the 3D viewport, etc.. To me it looks like it's possible the lighting is really bright and viewing it in flat shade. But, that's just a shot in the dark with what I can tell from the screenshot.
