[Fixed] Pose tool FFD behaves oddly

Hi,

When I activate the FFD function in the Pose tool, the lattice cage is displaced (not surrounding the selection area), and not all points seem to influence the deformation.

I just talked with Andrew about this and said that the lattice should be centered on the selection by DEFAULT, rather than forcing the user to click a button to do it (FIT/DIRECTIONAL FIT)
