I have tried multiple browsers and it hasn't worked. I have mailed support@pilgway.com and received no response. I'd appreciate any help with this. New Member Luck Be Posted November 27, 2022 New Member Report Share Posted November 27, 2022 I am having the same issue... apparently, if you add the upgrade to your cart and then remove it, the upgrade button vanishes from the license page. I sent an email to support this morning and I'm just hoping to hear back before the sale end. I'd like to upgrade from textura to the full suite but am unable to do so. But the cart is empty. Ive tried different browsers, deleting cookies. Same problem over and over. I ask for help by email a couple days ago but no reply. Member roentgen Posted December 4, 2022 Member Report Share Posted December 4, 2022 (edited) I, too, purchased an upgrade via paypal and now have the invoice in a list but a confirmation e-mail from paypal (usually I see that) nor upgrade license wouldn't come. Am I better to try it over again?
