I noticed here, when starting 3d coat, it creates this folder with a strange name, if you rename this folder it does not help, 3d coat creates it again with this name

It didn't help, it doesn't start . but! For an experiment, I downloaded the old version of 3DCoat-2021-62 on a third-party site, and it works even when I downloaded it immediately to the drive E

Is the 3dcoat folder created in Documents?

Я тільки що скачав через торрент 3d coat 2022.24 і вона працює, я так зрозумів щось змінилося в нових версіях, бо 2022.24 це послідня версія яку я використовував

If you dont use it, try uninstalling OneDrive.

did not help, as I wrote above, after installing 2022.24 from the torrent, there is no error and the program starts, but the new versions do not work

In the video with OneDrive installed, uninstalling didn't help, I checked with uninstalled OneDrive, it's the same as in the video, the new version doesn't work and the old one does

There is a bug related to the second monitor. Do you have 2 monitors?

if you open 3DC using the second monitor and not the main monitor it crashes.

but sorry I'm out of more ideas, I hope Oleg can find the answer.

I opened it on the main monitor of the system (In the background, the old version of 3dcoat textura, which works)

Startup error how to fix it?

"3DCoat" is trying to create a user data folder (which contains user settings and assets) inside "C:\Users\USER_NAME\OneDrive\???????\3DCoat". That is incorrect. It should create it inside "C:\Users\USER_NAME\Documents\3DCoat". To workaround this problem:
Start > start typing "Edit the system environment variables" > Environment Variables... > System variables > New... >
Variable name: COAT_USER_PATH
Variable value: C:\Users\USER_NAME\Documents\My3DCoatData (specify your user name inside)
