Believe me, I run into them too and I live in America. If you get rejected again,please let us in America know as we can solicit our elected representatives in Washington to look into the matter... Some foreign companies like Maxon have a representative living here that can promote for them at shows here. Indeed... A good point. Perhaps it's time for Pilgway US offices?
