Okay, I retopoed to get the shirt. How do I get the shirt to sculpt and paint? Do I have to retop again? I'am also doing a pair of pants the same way, I noticed that it came into voxel with the shirt which I have already done. How do I just get the pants only? Do I have to delete the shirt topo? Any help would be great thanks? Also still having problems around the face area all openings are closed.

I don't really understand your question.

What do like to do? To skulpt with voxels, you don't need to retopo something.

To paint you need a mesh with uvw coordinates. In this case you need to retopo a finished model and give it texture coordinates.

Be creative

Chris,

well right now it is in Voxels as you can see, I want to go from there to paint and sculpt. You do need to retopo if you are making a new object to sculpt such as a shirt which i just did. All I had was the body. Ok, so I do need to retopo the shirt as you say. All I want is the shirt to sculpt and paint on so how do I get it from voxels to there was my question ? Thanks

You can "Quadrangulate" the "shirt" in Voxel mode (if it;s a seperate volume) and export it for Per Pixel or Micro Vertex painting. This will give the object 3DC's best guess at a new topology.
