created two object in modo or max. bring one object in 3dc and voxelize it. the mesh is too small to i scaled it up enough to have ok sharp voxel. Click YES when it ask for the first time turning somthing into voxel to keep its original size. Then merge second mesh into 3dc again. The object comes in with its original size in modo or max which is smaller than the voxelized mesh I brought in earlier.

Question is that how can i bring the second mesh in that match with the first voxelized mesh because i had to scale the first one up.

Thanks

Hi Thao I am not familiar with this issue , I wonder whether you may have resized the second merge object differently from the first?Have you tried merging both objects as a grouped .obj, merge >select merge to separate volumes , size >then press apply?

From there you can separate the nested voxel components into their own layers to do what you wish, and from there export.

thanks guys. I will do that. However i wish there is better way like there is an option in there to store first merge object origin

The most efficient way to do it is, like Candy Floss mentioned, to select both objects in your program and export them as one obj. Then when you merge into the Voxel workspace, you can check "Merge to Separate Volumes (layers)."
