  2. Сейчас английская версия обновляется быстрее (уже 2.01G), потому что спрос большой (англ. версию покупают как колбасу в годы советской власти). Русские молчат, поэтому и обновления медленнее. Я имею в виду активность на форуме. Просто тексты даже перевести новые времени не хватает настолько фич-реквестами закидали. Ежели кто хочет заниматься обновлением русских текстов - готов дать бесплатную лицензию.
  3. В скульптурном режиме такая штука есть. (начиная с 2.00) Скульпт режим -> F1 и мы там где надо. Но вот в стандартном режиме рисования такого нету. Можно добавить.

  6. Thanks! It is interesting about Chinese language. I think it is not difficult to make support of Chinese language, one time I have done it in Cossacks But there is some diference... So if you or your friends want to translate text to Chinese, it could be so good! How many symbols is in Chinese language (approximately)? Is it possible to type chinese text in usual text file? Can you send me a sample of chinese text file? Please write me to support. I have some interesting proposition.

  11. It can export tangent space normal map. The object space normal map is the same like world space normal map because objects are nor rotated during the import from LWO or OBJ.
  12. I have uploaded the new update, 2.01G. The list of changes: 1) Very important change! There was a bug that has blocked most of hints. So now there is VERY many new hints, so the usage of 3D-Brush will become very easy and intuitive. 2) Manual udated. 3) LWO import improved, now the pivot point is used correctly. Many other bugs fixed. Automapping is impruved, but is better to load already malled models. 4) The new command is add - Commands->Offset texture (Ctrl+Shift+F) This command can be used to edit tiled textures and creating tiled bump maps for textures. To use the new command you should load "plan1x1.obj" then load texture oin current layer. Using this command you can offset the texture and geometry on it, so it is easy to create seamless textures&bump maps. It is useful to use this command with option "Pressure on color dependence" 5) The option "Pressure on color dependence" is now in top panel. It is convinient vbecause if you vill cange this option and then forget it, you will not understand why pen does not paints. 6) "Hide tool" is fixed 7) Hardware ID problem fixed. Now the new and old hardware ID-s will be valid.   13. It is good that you have told about "linear" option. I have understood what is it. It is really important option. I will do something like this in 3DB. to mal: to export 16 bit displacement you should use at least 3-Brush 2.01F (2.00 does not supports 16 bit disp)
  14. Spcaing determines the distance between spots during painting. It is shown in the picture below. Top - low spacing, bottom - high spacing

  16. have uploaded an update 2.01F. It is still beta. The list of changes: 1) LWO import improved. z-axe flipped, textures should be loaded even from LW directories structure 2) Spacing option was add in pen options 3) Auto-mapping improved (algoritm was completely changed) 4) Some changes was made for compartability with Cross Over (Mac). But I was not able to check, changes was made by guess. 5) Some problems with alteration of HardwareID was fixed. (But it should be checked, it also was made by guess) 6) Lo-poly view was fixed (for newely imported files). 7) may be something forgotten... EULA was changed, so that it sounds It means that if you really don't believe in God then responsibility before Him is not a question for you. But it is question of conscience in any way. The word "erotic" was changed with "lewd" because it is more appropriate. The "Your accountability" in "Help" menu was removed.   18. Does standart models looks well on FX5200? It seems to be old enough vcard... I even not sure that it supports Shadres 2.0
  19. In the current version most crasthes during the LWO import are because of triangles density veries too much. But I think I will fix this issue today.
  20. Looks cool! About artifact: may be it is because of not good uv-mapping in this place? Can you show how this part looks in uv-map? Also I think these artifacts are only during the edit process (render I think will be good).
