  1. Nice start. If you're a newborn, try volumetric sculpting: pure fun, no limits !
  2. If you click on the pin, it will become vertical and the menu will be pinned on your screen, altough you can move it. If you click again on it, it will return to its horizontal position. Then when the mouse leaves the menu, it fades away.
  3. Very cool work! I can't wait to see the textures. It seems than 3D-Coat can do almost every work. And it seems than "almost" is going smaller and smaller...
  4. I tought the guy above (Jeff) had something to say. Voxel sculpting and textures in 3D-Coat Rendered in Carrara Photoshop editing
  5. I love the semi-organic look of your robots. Cool work.
  6. Thanks for your reply, splodge, but it doesn't work for me. If I do that, I got a whiter-than-white object on wich I can only paint bump, not color. By the way, I've finally found "Q&P": in the panel of the french language version "Q&P" is written "quadrangulation" (but the rest is in English
  7. In order to paint a vox sculpt, I quadrangulate it then export the .obj then import it into the main scene (sculpt and paint in ) Maybe there's an easier way. Perhaps I missed some important explanation; for example, can someone explain me what is "quadrangulate and paint"? I only see here "quadrangulate" and "quadrangulate and merge". Where can I find Q&P and what is it supposed to do? Thanks!
  8. I was just thinking it was time to get one... Now the first appearence... this is kind of coming out
  9. Cool creature, nice edgeflow. Keep on posting, I can't wait to see an animation.
  10. Brilliant work, as the turtle was (I missed this one).
  11. Still in progress, and I don't know if it wil be finished some day, but I wanted to post it to show how fine quadrangulation works. Thanks Andrew, good job, actually. Rendered in Carrara
  12. Great work, very realistic details.
  13. Thanks for your fast answer, Akira! Just works fine, now. @ TOXE: Thanks for the info, I'm under Vista 32
  14. Very nice model, I can't wait to see it textured.
  15. Ow, I listened. It's just that I don't understand Maybe a bit technical for me, sorry.
  16. I've always had the same problem with this kind of shaders since they've been implemented.
  17. Hi, Do some of you experience problems with the shaders in v.49? Only the default one seems to work fine.
  18. Yes, indeed. I guess it has not been planned for the 3.0 release, but I think that a basic modeller could be really useful for some adjustments of the models without the need to export it in other apps (what i'm doing now using Silo). 3D-Coat 4.0 will rock!
  19. 424.3 kB /sec here. Merry Christmas to you and yours, Andrew. Thanks for your work.
  20. Nice start. Voxel sculpting is a very addictive thing, for sure
  21. Great work with the skull. Nice progression of the previous model. Oh, by the way, I don't think the skull will fit the body
