Also, adjust your cage via RETOPO menu > Baking Parameters. Anytime you have the high-poly/voxel mesh poking through the retopo mesh, you're going to get clipping issues. Try Inner cage .5 and Outer at 2. If you still some of the Voxel model poking through, then increase the OUTER amount
