[Solved] Retopo Transform tool can not set value with space key ?

Hi sorry I know it seem beginner question, but I can not solve this problem, with google and youtube.

I can set "value" for transform tool  in each room,  with keep click + space bar.

But when I use this option, in retopo room, for the mesh which already improted ,I can not set value, because of, everytime when I click + space bar, arrow or scale cube of transform widgt,

it just show quick access window. in retopo room. If I use "primitive tool"  then import new primitive, it come with translation widgt, about it. I can set value for rotation, translation,etc. 

 (click + space bar) , and quick menu not appear. 

But about imported retopo mesh , and select face or verts, then change tool to transform,  it not work.. it simply show quick menu. I can not find way, to set other short cut for quick menu,

 I pin quick menu window too, then left click + space, but it not show box to input value.  It is current limitation of transform tool?  or I can use other short cut for this option?

It not work only about retopo room > tnrasform tool. if I use transform tool in Sculpt room, I can input value with  "left click widgt + space key" for transformation without problem.
