Hi all, I just upgraded to version 3 and after watching some voxels tuts, started this alien in a suit. Base mesh was a 440 poly obj. (an ancient file of mine) Lots of rough spots on the voxel model.

Any "rough spots" might suggest importing at a higher res.

Here is the start of of the body. Voxel sculpting I am really enjoying as I learn the tools B)

Lots of anatomy work to be fixed but I just sculpted some areas to get a feel of how the tools work...

Lower body work started and general proportions work. I'm slow! (Not sure about the feet, might be more like flippers)

Next arms and then work on all anatomy. Thanks Andrew, I been using 3dcoat since December 2007. This program rocks...

P.S. His eye level is very high in the head, done on purpose.

I'm going to set the alien diver charactor aside for a week or two. I get impatient to finish and rush the end part. I learned just set a creation aside for a few weeks and then I'm ready to get back and finish in a timely fashion.

Next update will be in the Finish works gallery.
