Advanced Member michalis Posted November 2, 2010 Advanced Member Report Share Posted November 2, 2010 Well my problem is: I like to export individual color layers, like baked AO or such. But when doing this the texture hasn't any bleeding. I missed something here? I also tried to import a modified layer for AO. I can't understand if this works or its broken though. Any tutorial on this? I mean, logically, right clicking on a new layer where 'import texture - same res' should be enough
philnolan3d
Look under Edit > Preferences, near the top you'll see this: Not sure what you mean by "import a layer for AO".
Advanced Member michalis Posted November 2, 2010 Author Advanced Member Report Share Posted November 2, 2010 OK thanks phil, I new this, but its not working when trying to export just a particular layer (lets say AO layer). See attachment. I like to import a new layer -same res- , just like this. How can I do this? It works sometimes, it doesn't some other. It has to be in psd format, but should have a second layer somehow? I'm lost here sorry. 64value for padding _ bleeding is too much BTW. 6-8 should be enough
Andrew Shpagin
Try to export all color layers as PSD - it works. This particular bug will be fixed in the next build.
Advanced Member michalis Posted November 2, 2010 Author Advanced Member Report Share Posted November 2, 2010 Try to export all color layers as PSD - it works. It works of course but no padding. This is my point. Importing after some modifications is another problem. I'm confused here.

I'm confused here. Try to export not individual layer but all color layers as PSD from Layers->Export menu. It makes padding. But exporting individual layer is really missing padding.
