  1. I'm afraid there is no "Pen pressure levels count" in GL version. At least I didn't find it in Mac version.
  2. Have noticed that the new forum design is live today, have experience it until now. I have to say - I like it! I like how it looks like: Not only the grey and green theme color, but also the rounded corner and color gradient. The user experience is aslo improved: Have you noticed that you can easily contract/expand each sub-forum by simply click the tiny button on top right? Have you noticed the right sidebar "Recently Added Topics"? You can even close the sidebar if you don't like it, quite nice. You can even choose skins on left bottom, there are "3DC skin" and "IP board" available. 3DC forum now looks more Professional. Thanks Popelnukh Vladimir, you did a great job!
  3. Haha, 3d_sculptress, I think Jake_H means 3D print.
  4. Sorry but do you mean Blender has Quadrangulate feature? And real time? Didn't heard it before.
  5. Yeah if 3D-Coat's Quadrangulate could be controlled by a real time slider(adjust polygons number) and preview the generated quad live in the viewport, that would be super cool.
  6. Saw it on CGDigg 25 days ago http://www.cgdigg.com/story.php?title=atangeo-balancer-1-0-released It's feature looks similar as polygon cruncher but cheaper. Both Atangeo and polygon cruncher are result in triangles. Since we have Quadrangulate in 3D-Coat (and could be improved), do we really need such polygon reducer which result in triangles?
  7. 1. 3DC license is hardware independent, and do not require internet connection, you can even active it offline, no problem. 2. It doesn't matter. 3. It doesn't matter. You can even install/active 3DC on any number of PC's(must be used by yourself) of yours, The only thing you need to care is that do not try to run 3DC simultaneously on more than one PC at a time. If too many times the same serial be used simultaneously on more than one PC at the same time, the serial may be blocked. For example you can installed and actived 3DC use the same serial on 2 of your PC's, PC-1 and PC-2. You can start and use 3DC on either PC-1 or PC-2, but do not run 3DC on PC-1 and PC-2 at the same time. However, you can exit 3DC on PC-1 and then you could start 3DC on PC-2. 3DC Licensing is quite convenient, hope you'll enjoy it.
  8. Just a suggestion: Maybe it's better make the default position of Retopo layer panel snapped as a right panel. Currently(3.1.06) the default value it is floated.
  9. I just upgrade to Snow Leopard several days ago, I can feel it's faster and 3D-Coat runs well on it.
  10. Press "E", choose "Paint with rectangle". Hold on "Ctrl" key and drag on the voxel you want to clean up, release, done.
  11. You can find all the up to date hotkeys of 3D-Coat from this guide: http://www.3d-coat.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3586
  12. OK, seem like CipCrita and Sareor are two spammers.
  13. There is. Current selected layer is with black outline. But agree it should be made more obvious.
  14. It's better to let an artist whose native language is English to do that job.
  15. Very strange. I'm sure that problem is related to the xml file. Could you replace the text.xml with this one(I'm using 3.1.01 for Mac with no problem)? If not, try to delete Option.xml as well. It's better to make backup before that. text.xml.zip
  16. Hi chris_solo, Maybe I didn't understand. But right click on Volume, there is a command named "Substract from". Combine this command with "Curves" tool, draw the curves on a new layer. "Curves" tool can snap to the surface on different Volume layer. Can't it do what you want?
  17. Click the "Folder" icon to import you model to voxel, then don't forget to click "Enter" key. See the picture:
