Member Blondie Posted November 7, 2014 Author Member Report Share Posted November 7, 2014 Update Closed 3dcoat to type here. Reopened tried again and the model exported. So perhaps a bug (gremlin) somewhere
Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted November 7, 2014 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted November 7, 2014 Do you have an EDU ($99) license or the Professional ($379) one? The first post would indicate the usage of an EDU license, to which there are those specified limitations.

Please inform license support all this info to, will be helpful Ty No Never had Steam Anything No Only this pc I have never had an educational licence Going back to approx. 2009 I tried V3 normal download from 3dcoat site I then purchased the full pro licence cannot remember amount but was a considerable amount. Then when version 4 was released I had had v3 for to long to get a free upgrade but I did qualify for the upgrade. So I paid approx. $99 and then had a mail giving me my V4 Licence. V4PWIN-xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx obviously taken out licence details. Since posting the screen shot 3dc has exported the high res model from sculpt room with no problems. The only thing that had changed in the past few days was that I installed the latest stable version 4.1.17 was using before 4.0. ? cannot remember build. So perhaps that had something to do with it, but why Educational Warning baffles me. edit went searching back through my external hard drives and found this Edited November 8, 2014 by Blondie
Carlosan
Please take your time to email support asking about your license. to check your actual user data info -in the license server- will be a good start to avoid any future issue. Solution Andrew Shpagin Posted November 9, 2014 Solution Report Share Posted November 9, 2014 If such problem happens, switch to other room and then back, it is screen refresh problem.
