I went through the suggested steps on the Pilgway website. Clicked on Find my v4 license. Entered my email address. Received the email with a link. Clicked the link just to get an 404 error page. Please report this issue to sales@3dcoat.com It is not clear but if you owned previously 3DC 2022 you need to select not upgrade. Upgrade was done previously After 12 months period since the date of purchase your license did not expire: You have a permanent license, but that means that you can use 3DCoat unlimited period, but only versions that were released within 12 months period since the date of purchase. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When did you purchase 2022? If it is not yet over a year, then there will not be an upgrade button yet as you are still current, and you can just get the latest version using Updates Manger from the splash screen. I believe this is likely the case, because I remember someone else having this problem last year and the Sales director gave the very same explanation that you gave. Believe me, since all the nightmare with Maxon over at ZBrush, I'be been paying lots of attention to upgradeing posts over here, so I'd seen the post AbnRanger is talking about, and reembered that was the case.
