Ive always been scared by Illithids,they are so weird and frightening. Very good start! No crits so far... maybe using the cloth simulator for the robe could give you dead on results I think. Is it easy to use different objects in the paint section? Thanks Yes everything was modeled in 3d-coat voxels. In my work flow I do several different objects in the Voxel work area but I tend to prefer to retopo and paint them separately. This project the head, robes, and hands were all different models and painted separately. Then reassembled in Carrara for rendering. The special effects were mainly carrara with some photoshop.
