Copy and paste retopo sections?

I've created a multi-legged creature and I was wondering in the retopology tools how I copy and paste a leg section to the other legs?

Nice model. I think you are not going to proceed with c&p. The stroke tool will allow rapid retop on the legs (with symmetry on of course). But because of the variation in leg length, you wont be able to do too many legs at once.

Ideally, I would have used the stroke tool to create one leg w/Symmetry and then copied that section to all the other legs, tweaking as I went. But looks like I will have to do it a few legs at a time if no cut and paste feature exists. I guess a feature request is in order

You can use Retopo -> Export selected on a leg section and then import and position it on another leg.

Yeah man... Definitely feature request that. I've had a few cases where it would come in handy.
