philnolan3d
I thought it would be fun to take a look way back at how 3DC (or 3DB) looked back in 2008. I believe this is the first version I started using. Back then the whole program was basically the MicroVertex room. http://web.archive.org/web/20080109101725/http://www.3d-brush.com/index.html
Reputable Contributor AbnRanger Posted October 31, 2012 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted October 31, 2012 I remember that. The UI and lack of any decent tutorials kept me away. V3 was a huge step forward.

Reputable Contributor digman Posted November 1, 2012 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted November 1, 2012 @Carlosa, Here ya go. It's in the picture. I was so happy to find 3DCoat as it was a big improvement over Tattoo3D, my first 3D painting program. I still have Tattoo3D on my old windows computer for memory sake. I was very happy with it as I hated 2D uv texture painting...

philnolan3d
Is this tool pose ? How can i use a weight map to do gradient allocation ? I'm not sure what you're referring to but I think you mean the Select/Move tool which is currently in the Tweak room. That room is for working on polygonal models from the Paint room. Reputable Contributor digman Posted November 11, 2012 Reputable Contributor Report Share Posted November 11, 2012 Answer In the picture. It is a layer blend from the layer blend drop down box. There is no modulate, maybe at one time we had it but I can not remember...
