Where is the gradient node ?

I've watch this, I just can't get the node to show

I have had this exact same issue.

I downloaded my 30 trial on 17 April.

In the last couple of days I have painted some simple textures. But yesterday and today I could not work out why I could not fill a texture with a colour gradient.

All the videos I watched featured two nodes connected by a line that you could position for the direction of the gradient fill. I couldn't work out whether the nodes were an old feature that possibly was not part of the latest release.

Thanks for confirming this as an issue.

Shame I won't be able to use the feature in my trial. I was hoping to use 3D-Coat for texture painting.

Just downloaded another trial, still with same issue.

Mac version is still 4.7.24

Windows version is 4.7.28
