Excellent video and sculpt! well done Marupura :clapping:

I'm also amazed at just how much sculpting and detailing you did in the paint room.

I've never seen that before.I will have to give that method a try.

Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for the video marupura, very instructive. I'm shocked, you spent very little time in the vox sculpt room and not much in sculpt room and yet the model look entirely believable with bump informations mostly. Great way to demonstrate the possibility of 3dcoat imho. I didn't know you could have such result with so little sculpt time. Good job (and nice model too !)

Did you use that method for Tom Hanks ?

But given subdivision 3d coat will let you displace the mesh in the paint room. Old skool 3D Coat workflow.

@Chris

Thank you! new work...I promiss next work.The weekend will probably. :rolleyes:

@BeatKitano

Thank you! :yahoo:

Yes, this workflow is oldskool 3Dcoat.But I think native 3Dcoat workflow (maybe) ;)

Applying material, and the sculpture can be done at the one stroke. It might be only 3D-Coat to be able to do it.

Tom Hanks...that was 100% voxel mode. Because It was the training of free Sculpture.

Because voxel is completely free. :good:

@Sandro Borg

Thank you! :thank_you:

This method is recommended because once you get used very fast.

@LJB

Thank you for your explaining instead. :good2:

@Phizter

Thank you! I am glad if this video is helpful.

I only wish my English was a little better. :wacko:

Thank you for the good information!

3D print should just become cheap, fast and more easily :)

And bigger scale output. Not tiny little toy soldier sized stuff but models that are big...3ft long...

Hey Marupura, here's the best 3d printer company I found at Siggraph 2011 in Vancouver this year...they do the biggest and best models at a good price relatively speaking.

@Alan f

Thank you!

"Sculpt in Coffee shop" was a very comfortable experience.

However, it was the battle with the battery residual quantity of a notebook PC :D

@gbball

Thank you! :thank_you:

@Garagarape

Thank you! ^_^

no,no. I didn't customize UI .

It is somewhat yellow compared with ZB. ;)

@L'Ancien Regime

Thank you for the nice information!

I think that it is a very good printer.

The running cost of that wants to know me.

@chingchong Thank you! 3D-coat render, that's not a best. But very useful!

@joshy Thanks! :rofl: I'm flattered.

@LJB Thx! :D I sculpted just skull. I came up with a idea (remake to crab) when I was painting it to red.

@Garagarape Arigato! Yes, I wish to touch it. :yes: I wanna print out it to palm size!

@Taros Thank you! :yahoo: I will do my best to respond to the praise.

I upload test_pic. "Fake SSS" in 3D-coat. 100% rendered in 3D-coat! I used Photoshop for just color correcting.

And that was my practice of one hour full body sculpts.

One more, another test turn table.
